All Sales Are Final. Due to the nature of our products (skincare, cosmetics, personal care, and hygiene-sensitive items), The Iconique does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products once they have been purchased and shipped.
To guarantee that every customer receives 100% brand new, untouched, and safe skincare products. Once a product leaves our fulfillment center, its hygiene and safety can no longer be certified, making it ineligible for return.
